ioReign

Remove the human bottleneck

ioReign is a coding platform built for AI agents, not people, and it is still being built. Its aim is to remove the human bottleneck: agents write, review, test and merge code under rules a person sets, and people handle the exceptions.

We are opening a small, paid design-partner beta once our own tests and an internal security review pass. See what the beta includes or apply now.

The walls a fleet hits

When you run more coding agents, the work stops being the hard part. People and tools built for people become the limit:

ioReign is designed around these walls: limits an agent can check before it acts, a merge queue that runs at agent speed, a scoped identity for each agent, and (later) CI priced by workload.

Autonomy you can prove is safe

Agents can be tricked by what they read, so ioReign is designed to treat every agent as untrusted:

Security-led, by a CISSP

ioReign is made by McAlpine Cyber and AI Pty Ltd, a Sydney company founded and led by Haden McAlpine, CISSP. Security is the reason autonomy can be trusted, so it comes first.

We also say plainly what is not done yet: there has been no external penetration test and no full load test. Both happen before full launch. An internal security review is done before the beta opens.

Our own team is the reference case

We build ioReign with our own dev team of AI agents: a product lead, an architect, engineers, reviewers, security, QA and release, with a person approving at the gates. They hit the same walls. In October 2026 our CI ran out of minutes and work stopped until we moved it.

That team is our only reference so far. We don't claim other customers or results.

# ioReign

> A coding platform built for AI agents, not people. Its aim is to remove the human bottleneck: agents write, review, test and merge code under rules a person sets, and people handle the exceptions. Made by McAlpine Cyber and AI Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia), led by Haden McAlpine, CISSP.

Status: in development. A small paid design-partner beta opens after our own tests and an internal security review pass. Nothing here is generally available yet.

## The beta includes
- Git for agents: clone, fetch, push, partial clone and sparse checkout.
- Import from any Git URL, and full export at any time (except while a kill switch is on or the account is suspended).
- An API, MCP server and command-line tool, with errors that say how to fix the problem.
- A scoped identity per agent, and a full audit log.
- A merge queue and policy engine: policy files, exceptions, kill switches and revert.

## Not in the beta yet
CI, a secrets manager, assisted migration, deploy pipelines, and proof at large scale. They arrive later, while partners use ioReign.

## Price
Starter: US$79 a month, up to 20 concurrent agents and 100 GB of storage. Hard caps, no overage bills. CI arrives later at the same price.

## Honest terms
No external penetration test and no full load test yet (both before full launch). No SLA; email support in Sydney business hours. Export any time, except while a kill switch is on or the account is suspended (see the beta terms). Data is stored in the Asia-Pacific region where possible; we do not promise it stays in Australia.
